Cancel any time

Reference Lab is billed monthly through Skool. Cancel whenever you like, directly inside Skool — you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.

No partial refunds

Because you get full access to that month's calls, breakdown, and archive as soon as you join, we don't refund part-used months. If something's gone wrong with a payment — a duplicate charge, a billing error — email us and we'll sort it.

Founding price

If you cancel a founding membership, rejoining later means rejoining at the current price, not your original founding rate.
