When you join Reference Lab, your name, email, and payment are handled by Skool — we don't run our own signup form or store your card details. We can see your Skool profile and activity inside the community (posts, comments, session attendance) the same as any community host can.
If you email us directly, we keep that email to reply to you and for our own records.
To run the community, run the calls, and let you know about session times, changes, or things relevant to your membership. We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
All billing runs through Skool's payment processor. We don't see or store full card numbers — that's handled entirely on Skool's side.
Weekly calls and monthly breakdowns are recorded for the archive. If you're on camera or speaking during a live call, that becomes part of the recorded session available to other members.
You can ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we control (outside of what Skool itself retains) at any time — email us and we'll sort it.
